Shopping will remain central to DSF, with international and homegrown brands participating in promotions across the city.

Dubai Shopping Festival organisers reveal plans
Ahmed Al Khaja, CEO of Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), said: “Dubai Shopping Festival has grown alongside Dubai for more than three decades, and for many people it has become part of what winter in the city means. The memories people associate with DSF are incredibly varied, from shopping and raffle wins to concerts, and spectacles that have captured attention around the world.
“This year marks an important new chapter as we want to build on everything people already associate with DSF while continuing to create the unexpected moments that keep the festival fresh, relevant and worth returning to. There is much more to reveal, and we look forward to sharing what is ahead for the 32nd edition.”
Dubai Shopping Festival was launched in 1996 and has developed from a retail-focused event into a citywide programme of shopping, entertainment, hospitality and outdoor experiences.
According to organisers, the previous edition attracted millions of visitors, staged more than 100 events and generated billions in retail spending. Shoppers also won more than AED11m ($3m) in prizes.
Among the previous edition’s headline attractions was the Red Bull Tetris World Final at Dubai Frame, featuring 4,000 synchronised drones creating a playable sky-based Tetris game.
Other returning festival experiences included live music at Festival Bay, activities at Hatta Wadi Hub and automotive events.
Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment said the complete programme will be revealed in the coming month. Further announcements will cover headline entertainment, retail offers, prizes, new attractions, partnerships and citywide events.
